To Create and Publish the ZIP File

The Publish zip operation only includes reports that you checked on the Reports tab and any documents you have checked for export. The ZIP file is saved on the Renditions section of the work package's Documents tab. When the words zip or pdf display in blue (as a link), the file is published and ready to be opened/downloaded. If the text is gray, the publishing is still in progress.

Select the Gear icon > Publish zip.
In the lefthand column, select Renditions and below the name of the work package, you see zip and pdf.
Select zip to download the ZIP file. Unless you rename the ZIP file, it is given the name of the work package and the date the ZIP file is created, for example, CWP-PIPE-03A-6.1.2018.zip.
